The administrators of our Facebook group is responsible for the chat. Please, send them a message, don't forget to attach screenshots of chat. Unfortunately, technical support doesn't consider such issues.

You need to contact administrator of Facebook group to learn the reason of the ban. Unfortunately, technical support doesn't consider such issues.

You can switch the chat region in your Personal Account, section Profile - Chat Parameters.

Select a channel and click "Confirm". After restarting the game, you will have a chat of the selected region.

Important: Before switching the chat channel, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the rules of behavior in the game chat.

You can submit a group application to add an additional language channel. If there are enough votes, we will add the requested channel to the game.

To request a voting form, contact the Community Administrator in private messages.

When contacting Discord, write Admin.XDevs#1924

Important: The collection of votes is carried out within a week. If the number of votes turned out to be insufficient, then you can re-apply only after 3 months.

Channels with low activity will be disbanded, so do not invite friends who do not chat to fill out an application.

The player can choose any convenient chat channel according to his needs.

There are no restrictions on changing chat channels.

If a player gets banned in one of the channels, he loses access to all language channels for the duration of the ban.

To add a player to the black list, click on the nickname of a player in the game chat, in the list opened select Add to Blacklist.

When you add a player to your blacklist, no messages from that player will appear in your chat. However, the player on your black list will see your messages in game chat.

You can remove a player from the blacklist in Personal account - Profile - Blacklist. Click on the red garbage can to the right of the nickname of the player to remove the player from the black list.

In order to become a Moderator you need to send request to our Facebook or Discord administrator with following information:

1. ID number (you can find it in the settings);
2. Name of the country where you want to be a Moderator;
3. The reason why you are sure that you will cope with this responsibility;
4. The number of hours that you can spend in the chat.
